Delivery and Returns

Saver Delivery

We post to all areas of the UK for £1.90 via 2nd Class Signed For Post using our saver service. Your order will be posted within 4-7 working days with this service.

1st Class Delivery

For an extra 45p, we can send your order by 1st Class Signed For Post (£2.35).  Your order will still be dispatched within 4-7 working days.

Fast Track Delivery

We also offer a Fast Track service which means your order will be put at the top of our queue and posted within 2-3 working days by 1st Class Signed For Mail, this is an extra £2.50. 

International Delivery

As of 28 June, 2016, we are no longer offering International Delivery due to many claims of non-deliveries which are causing us a loss.

Free Local Delivery 

Free local delivery to the following Essex postcodes: RM1, RM2, RM3, RM5, RM7, RM11, RM12, RM14, CM13, CM14.   This free deilivery option will be within 7 days of placing your order and between the hours of 8am-8pm.  You may also select this option if your post code is not listed but you would like to collect from us in RM1, Gidea Park, Essex. 

 

Packaging

All orders are delivered in an organza gift bag and packaged in a bubble wrap lined envelope to ensure your items do not get damaged on their way to you.

Other Delivery Info

We will email you once your order has been dispatched.   If your order is needed urgently for an occassion, please leave a note in the comments box at checkout and we will do our best to get them to you in time but please do remember that all our items are handmade.

Recorded deliveries require a signature, if you miss the delivery it will be taken to your local sorting office.  You will need to collect within 2 weeks.  If it is returned to us, we will charge you to post it out again.

Lost Items

We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post and we cannot compensate you for delays in the event of a postal strike. All UK orders are sent by Recorded Mail, we will use the tracking number to track your order. If the item has been lost or delayed, we will not be able to compensate you until we hear from Royal Mail's claims process which can take up to 4 weeks.  

Returns

All of our materials are high quality and all products are tested and worn on our own babies. We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase at: orders@thebabybowboutique.co.uk. 

We will only accept returns if the product is faulty or not as described. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused. As items are handmade to order, no returns are accepted because you have changed your mind on colour or style.  You will be responsible for the postage costs of any returned products. No refunds will be given outside of this 5 day period.

Safety

We advise that children are not left unsupervised whilst wearing our products.  Remove your child's hair clips before putting them to bed or when leaving them unattended.
